Instagram: Reaching a new audience

With Instagram being one of the fastest growing social media platforms and a popular channel with younger users, we’d love to grow this audience and we need your help to do that.  Whether you are a bit of a budding photographer or simply a selfie lover, we would like your input to help make @EastEnglandAmb the one to follow.

You can email us your pictures via webteam@eastamb.nhs.uk , text us /What’s App them to us at 07739 325263. Don’t forget to let us know who you are and where you are based so we can give you credit for your picture.

Things to remember:

• Patient confidentiality must be paramount at all times. No identifiable pictures of patients are allowed. This can include identifying someone by their address, location or vehicle
• Is it appropriate to be taking the photo? Consider the incident and how people may view an emergency services member of staff taking a picture
• Please do not include anything that could offend people or is against good taste or decency
• Always get permission first.  Whoever you are taking a photo of/with, always get their permission.

All photos will be reviewed before posting to check that images are suitable.
