'It's Your Call', make the right decision

Next week see's the return of our It's Your Call campaign'
 

We are re launching a campaign from a few years ago, to keep the public educated on how 999 calls are handled and prioritised, so that in the event of a medical emergency, they feel better equipped to know what to do.


It’s Your Call’ focuses on three key elements:

 

 

Continuous improvement
We’re investing into new initiatives and processes, to improve our quality of service

We’re always here
We’re working hard to provide an effective and quality service around the clock

Here to help
We’re here to help you feel more confident and better equipped at handling an emergency

With this campaign, we want to:

• showcase our continuous developments in improving quality of care, from new and improved technology to new fleet on the roads
• educate and engage the public on best practice when dialling 999, for both the patient and EEAST staff involved
• improve public confidence in the service, and to prompt patients to ask themselves if they are making the right decision in dialling 999 or can consider alternatives

Our new social media campaign will launch Monday 17 May 2021 and we need your help.
