Last chance to share your views on internal communications

Ambulance side shot

A big thank you to everyone who has completed the national survey which aims to find out what you think of our internal communications.

But there’s still time to complete it if you haven’t yet,  so you can share how satisfied you are with the way the Trust communicates with you.

Questions will cover everything from how you get news (like here on Need to Know) and how easy it is to access information (like on East24 or the website), right through to how your manager communicates with you.

Participation is voluntary and your responses will be anonymous and unidentifiable in the final report – your answers will be included with others from ambulance services across the UK.

We’d love to hear what you think, especially our EOC and patient transport service (PTS) colleagues, so we can make internal communications work better for you – complete the survey online here.

The survey is being led by the North East Ambulance Service, and if you have any questions you can contact the researcher, Assistant Director of Communications Mark Cotton, directly at mark.cotton@neas.nhs.uk.
