Tonight (Thursday, 20th April) we’ll be hosting a live Q&A and discussion session on Facebook around end of life care – and we’d love for you to join us!

The event, which will run from 7-8pm on the Trust’s Facebook page, will be facilitated by Trust Area Clinical Lead Sarah Stead, and Hospice of St Francis colleagues Claire Nicell, Lecturer Practitioner, and Fay Richardson, Community Nursing Services Lead.

It will be open to members of the public to follow, join in, and ask questions, but it’s also a chance for you as clinicians to quiz some experts on end of life care, and to discuss the challenges for us as an ambulance service when supporting these patients.

To join in the discussion, all you need to do is go to our Trust Facebook page between 7 and 8pm. Please be aware, as with any social media, that what you post is publically accessible and that what you say and share represents both you and the Trust.

We hope to speak to some of you tonight!

This live event comes as part of our end of life care month; hopefully you’ll have already seen some of the articles, podcasts, blogs, and infographics we’ve shared to help support you on what can be a really difficult subject, but if there’s something specific you’d like us to cover please leave us a comment below.
