National ambulance conference

With more than 500 people already registered, there are just a few free places left for this year’s National Ambulance Clinical and Patient Safety Conference.

Now we’re at t-minus two weeks, the current programme has been updated and this year’s event is not only the largest in terms of speakers, but there are also more exhibitors than ever before.

Taking place on 10th September at Villa Park in Birmingham, the event will see Professor Andy Newton, Chair of the College of Paramedics, attend as the key note speaker. Professor Newton also brings a wealth of experience with him from his substantive employment with South East Coast Ambulance Service NHS Foundation Trust, where he holds the post of Consultant Paramedic and Director of Clinical Operations.

You can view the full programme at: www.wmas.nhs.uk/pages/patientsafety.aspx<http://www.wmas.nhs.uk/pages/patientsafety.aspx

Refreshments are supplied throughout the day free of charge.

The conference is open to anyone with an interest in pre-hospital care, irrespective of clinical background, experience or qualifications and registration closes on 1st September. If you have any questions or queries relating to the conference, please email conference@wmas.nhs.uk<mailto:conference@wmas.nhs.uk.
