A report by the British Geriatrics Society (BGS)  and the Royal College of General Practitioners has highlighted the Trust’s collaborative venture, Acute Geriatric Intervention service (AGIS), with Cambridgeshire Community Services as an example of best practice.

The report provides advice and guidance on the development, commissioning and management of services for people living with frailty in community settings.

AGIS was selected as one of eight case studies from across the country in the report, which was written as part of the BGS campaign to recognise and assess frailty in older people.

More information on the campaign can be found on the BGS website.
