National Staff Survey 2021

I am writing to you to ask you to spare a few minutes to complete the national NHS staff survey, to share your views about your job and our Trust.

In my first day message to you all, I asked you all to make a decision to stand up and commit yourself to supporting the change we want to see for our ourselves and for our colleagues – completing this survey is one of the ways you can do that.

As you know, whilst we do many fantastic things together - we have some major problems we need to tackle and the feedback you provide through surveys like these help us understand where we need to focus our energy to make the biggest difference and those areas where we have great things happening for celebration and sharing across our organisation.

You will receive an email from Picker tonight which will contain a unique link to the survey. The survey is easy to complete and should take you around 15 minutes.

Your answers in this survey are entirely confidential, the information we do get is reported at a team level and cannot be identified to a single individual.
