New COVID study is looking for staff to interview

The Trust Research team is working on an Urgent Public Health Study called TRiM, hosted by Swansea University. The study is looking at the outcomes of different triage models used by ambulance services for patients calling 999 with suspected COVID-19 during the first wave of the pandemic.

The study aims to provide evidence about safety and effectiveness of triage models to inform future policy and care. 

The team is conducting short interviews (approx 35-45 mins) with staff who were involved in Operations/Service Delivery and HEOC during the first wave of the pandemic.
