New dates have been added for the Blue Light manager training programme, which is a national initiative that aims to better support the mental health of people working in the emergency services.
Funded by the cabinet office and run by mental health charity Mind, one of the aims of the programme is to develop managers and supervisors to better support their staff in the workplace.

Managers from all areas of the Trust are welcome to attend – places are left on the following courses:
Each course has 15 places available and these will be reserved on a first-come-first-served basis. You will need gain the support of your line manager to attend.
