New email signature available for download

As part of the corporate re-branding process to include our visions and values, we are asking all staff to visit East24 and download our new email signature template.

All you need to do is download the image here from East24, and paste it into your Outlook signature settings.

Please can we ask any staff using images on their emails, e.g. ‘notebook spiral’ images, coloured background etc., to keep to clean, white backgrounds which not only ensures the words are easier to read, but also cuts down on printing in colour as well.

Thanks for your cooperation – we hope you agree that something simple like this smartens up our emails and leave a positive impression on people.
