New MIND course launched for coping with stress

EEAST RRVs and amb on scene

Mental health charity MIND has announced new dates for a resilience training course in Essex, which is now open to applications from EEAST staff and volunteers.

During the course, you’ll build up your own collection of tools and skills for coping better with stress, anxiety or difficult emotions like anger.

The next set of courses start on the following dates: 9th, 16th and 23rd March.

Each course runs for six sessions, across an eight week period. Sessions take place at the same time, in the same place and on the same day each week. The Essex courses will run from 9.30am-3.30pm at Essex County Fire and Rescue Service (Kelvedon Park, London Rd, Rivenhall, Witham, CM8 3HB).

The sessions are the same for all members of staff, whether you work on the frontline or support services, and volunteers.
