New QA8 form for using clinical trauma kit

Please be aware that there’s a new version of the ‘critical care clinical practice quality assurance form’, or ‘QA8’, which should be filled out whenever you use the new clinical trauma kit, e.g. EZ-IO, haemostatic dressing or traction splints.

The form, which is used to evidence practice, can be downloaded from East24.
