New way of capturing your feedback about EAAA

The East Anglian Air Ambulance (EAAA) has launched an online form for your feedback on incidents they attend to improve standards and working relations.

The new form can be found on the Survey Monkey website, and the charity aims to provide the link at the time of the incident or email it to you afterwards. This new form replaces the old Word version.

The form does not take long to fill in and EAAA would really appreciate your feedback. Forms are anonymous and any information will be used for audit and governance meetings in confidence.
