The region’s medical regiment is holding a two-day leadership development event and managers are invited to attend.

The event, ‘Exercise, Executive, Stretch’ is an opportunity for staff to develop their leadership and management skills, as well as their planning abilities. This will be via command tasks, planning exercises and some military ‘fun’ activities, providing a variety of scenarios in different environments.

Taking place at Prince William of Gloucester Barracks in Grantham on the 18th and 19th March, the free training will also include food and overnight accommodation in the officer’s mess.

Places are limited to 60 and available to any level of leader. If you would like to attend, please complete the form and email it to the Regiment’s Employer Engagement Officer - Major Rick Windas by 5pm on Monday, 6th March. If you have any queries, please email Rick.

Unfortunately, due to current demand, abstractions will not be possible. If you would like to attend, you will need to have swapped shifts or be on rest days.
