Palliative Care Education Workshop

Following our successful End of Life Ambulance Training sessions facilitated by our hospice partners, we have another planned for May 11^th.

The session will be facilitated by Garden House Hospice Care and The Hospice of St Francis and is a three-hour virtual training session open to all EEAST clinicians.

The themes covered are:

• Learning from Incidents (case study)
• Palliative Care Emergencies
• Anticipatory Drugs
• Decision Making in Palliative Care
• DNACPR in End-of-Life Care
• Local Services

The sessions will follow the same themes as the previous courses held over the last year.
