Patients were 100% satisfied with the care we gave them in April, according to the latest survey figures.
In the Trust’s monthly patient survey, 91.8% of respondents were very satisfied and 8.2% satisfied with how they were treated.
Our staff’s attitude was praised as being very professional by 97% of respondents, and 96.9% said they were treated with dignity and respect.
Call handlers in our control rooms continued to receive high praise, with 98% of respondents rating the handling of their 999 call as ‘fairly acceptable’ or above.
Cleanliness of ambulances also scored extremely high, with 97.6% of patients saying the interior was acceptable.
Chief Executive Dr Anthony Marsh said: “I am very proud of you all as you continue to provide excellent patient services; well done.”
