Reminder of MIND Blue Light Infoline

A specific helpline just for emergency services has been set up by mental health charity MIND, as part of their Blue Light campaign.

The Blue Light Infoline offers confidential, independent and practical support, advice and signposting around mental health and wellbeing. It is also available for volunteers and families, to help keep you or those you care about well for work.

The Infoline provides information on a range of topics including staying mentally healthy for work, types of mental health problems, how and where to get help, medication and alternative treatments, advocacy and mental health and the law.

A Trust hub is also being developed to cover all of your wellbeing needs, physical, psychological and social and to provide assistance when you need it. You can call or email the hub and be signposted to the appropriate service, support or information. It is designed to be a confidential, one stop shop and support is already available; please call 01234 243092 or email wellbeing@eastamb.nhs.uk for more information.
