Speak Up Review of NHS Ambulance Trusts

Freedom to Speak Up

The National Guardian's Office is carrying out a Speak Up Review of NHS Ambulance Trusts in England.

The review aims to inform understanding of the speaking up culture in our Trust to identify learning and make recommendations for improvement. As a number of staff were unable to attend the focus group sessions, the Guardian requested another means for staff to engage in the review.

If you can, please complete the questionnaire and send it back to ambulancespeakingupreview@Nationalguardianoffice.org.uk by 23:59 on Friday 30th September.  You do not have to answer every question, however, your experience will provide greater learning for the review.

All answers are kept in confidence and will not be shared outside of the National Guardians office.
