SPOC number changing next month

The prefix for the Trust’s single point of contact (SPOC) number is changing.

From Tuesday, 10^th November, the number will be:

0345 602 6856

The change will mean staff using their own mobiles to call SPOC should be able to do so for free as 0345 calls are inclusive in most call plans.

Calls made to the 0845 number after 10^th November will hear a message asking the caller to hang up and dial the new 0345 number. They won’t be charged for the original call.
