Terms and conditions at EEAST

The Trust’s terms and conditions handbook details how we apply NHS national terms and conditions and includes any local agreements reached by the staff partnership forum (SPF) that affect employees, where appropriate.

To ensure that this document is always current, it will be included as an agenda item at each monthly SPF meeting, with a copy that will be signed off after each meeting. It may include highlighted comments with reference to outstanding actions and/or areas requiring agreement. This is to ensure that employees have access to the latest version of this handbook on a monthly basis.
