This week’s quality roadshows are in...

RRV with blue lights

The quality and improvement team are continuing their grand tour around EEAST to hear first hand from you about how we can improve the quality of what we do.

The roadshows are a chance for you to meet the team and share your thoughts and ideas on how we can improve what we do.

Lewis Andrews, Quality Improvement & Professional Standards Lead, said: “The Quality Roadshow visits are an ideal forum to quality assure our service and its functions in a real-time and dynamic way.  It gives us the opportunity to review, amongst many other things, medicines management practice, clinical equipment, infection prevention and control and how our service complies with its regulatory functions.  It is also a great way to speak to colleagues and hear their ideas and challenges.

“The team will have a member of the Trust Board with them on these visits and it is a way for colleagues to ask any questions about the direction of the Trust and for them to share good practice ideas that may help them in delivering great patient care.”

If you would like to raise an idea or highlight an area of good practice and you are unable to make any the roadshows please let us contact the team at QIPS@eastamb.nhs.uk
