The Chief will also be visiting as many stations, control rooms and hospitals as possible during the evenings and the weekend.

It will be an opportunity for you to talk about how Trust-wide issues impact on your area, as well as station-specific areas of concern, including missing equipment, availability of vehicles and rota problems. But this time the problems won’t just be listened to – they will be acted on then and there.

You can also email the Chief Executive, your locality director, head of EOC or SLM if you miss their visit, or comment below with a question, issue or concern and it will be passed to the relevant team to get back to you ASAP.

Step change week – doing things differently.
