Last week we undertook some work to increase capacity for more ePCR iPADs to connect to the Trust network. We now need to undertake secondary work to increase our Trust bandwidth to ensure that our applications (ePCR, PTS app, internet etc) are able to run efficiently and quicker.
Tomorrow morning (Thursday 26th August) at 06:30 we will be undertaking this work. The work should be completed within three hours. When the work commences the following will occur:
The following devices will lose connectivity:
A&E Operational staff: On the 26/08/2021 between 0630 – 1130 you will need to complete paper patient care report forms until you receive a message via the MDT advising you that ePCR is operational. Your corpuls will not be able to undertake transmissions during this window.
PTS Operational staff: On the 26/08/2021 between 0630 – 1130 PTS will need to operate to the resilience plan working from paper, a separate email is being sent today from the PTS Improvement Team. If you have any questions or issues, please contact your PTS control room.
PTS control/EOC staff Cleric will not be impacted whilst this work is undertaken.
