Urgent recall: ECG papers

There has been an urgent recall for a faulty batch of ECG papers.

The batch numbers are:

• D447
• D465

You can find the batch number on the bottom of the rolls every 12 inches. When these particular rolls are used they are likely to jam. They should be returned to Supplies or Clinical Engineering and replacements ordered using the supplies catalogue.
