EEAST Wellbeing Support

Here at EEAST we know that now, more than ever, you may be struggling to maintain your health and wellbeing.

We will soon be launching our ‘Stronger Than You Think’ programme, which will help with your self-resiliance, but in the meantime we wanted to remind you what resources are available to you should they need any assistance.
