The Trust is committed to making a visible and sustainable change to the culture, that truly makes EEAST an exceptional place to work, volunteer and learn.

Part of this change includes launching a coordinated support programme that brings together newly developed:

  • Wellbeing ambassadors
  • Cultural ambassadors
  • Local change agents
  • Mental health first aiders
  • Staff engagement groups

Combined with feedback already received from other sources and forums, the new programme will align and expand the current engagement provision. Your voice and wellbeing will be at the centre of any developments over the coming year, so you can see and feel changes happening locally.

The programme will initially be set up and led by the Culture Director, Steve Mason and Executive lead, Interim Director of Workforce, Bob Champion.
