Healthcare quality improvement webinars

As part of the IMPACT-ASCQI research project, Professor Niro Siriwardena from East Midlands Ambulance Service has developed a series of free-access webinars about quality improvement.

The IMPACT-ASCQI project aims to improve referral rates to primary care services for non-conveyed post-hypoglycaemia patients, which EEAST is involved in.

The next webinar is this Friday (23^rd January) and is on quality improvement tools and techniques. The links to the introductory and first two webinars are below:

The fourth webinar on improving individual practice will be on Friday 30^th January. Both the third and fourth webinars will be posted from 8am on the Community and Health Research Unit website.
