As part of the IMPACT-ASCQI research project, Professor Niro Siriwardena from East Midlands Ambulance Service has developed a series of free-access webinars about quality improvement.

The IMPACT-ASCQI project aims to improve referral rates to primary care services for non-conveyed post-hypoglycaemia patients, which EEAST is involved in.

The next webinar is this Friday (23rd January) and is on quality improvement tools and techniques. The links to the introductory and first two webinars are below:

The fourth webinar on improving individual practice will be on Friday 30th January. Both the third and fourth webinars will be posted from 8am on the Community and Health Research Unit website.

The research team are also holding a question and answer session from 12 – 1pm based on Friday’s webinar. If you have a question, you can email it to Faye Wood on fwood@lincoln.ac.uk or Professor Siriwardena, nsiriwardena@lincoln.ac.uk or post your question via Twitter to @nsiriwardena.
