“I would be lying if I said I wasn’t a little scared to be here” – second instalment from Sierra Leone

Paramedic Pete Simpson has updated his blog from west Africa, where he has joined the emergency aid mission fighting Ebola.

Pete has been in Sierra Leone for a week and a half and describes his first day and his arrival at the ambulance station in Freetown.
