Please note that Insight, our risk management software (often referred to as 4Risk), is now back online following maintenance yesterday evening.

There should not be any issues. However, in the event of any problems please contact Matt Barrett, our Risk and Governance Manager, via email who will liaise with software developer colleagues directly.
