Staff survey: final week to have your say

The deadline for staff to complete and submit their staff survey is fast approaching. Completed questionnaires have to be submitted by this Friday (27^th November). Encouragingly 30% of staff have already completed the survey, making us one of the top ambulance services in terms of response rates. But we would like more staff to give us their views and complete ythe survey, after all this is your chance to have your say.

Ruth McAll, Interim director of HR said, “Thank you to everyone who has taken time to complete the survey, your views really do count and we will be using this to shape the organisation and make improvements.  If you have not done your survey yet, please make every effort to possible to complete it by Friday as we want as many staff as possible to have been involved; the more people who fill in the survey, the better feedback we will have.”

Responses to this survey are strictly confidential; nobody in the Trust will see your completed questionnaire, or be able to identify individual responses. And remember, those who complete this year’s staff survey could be in with a chance of winning £250 worth of gym and training vouchers. The winning recipients will be chosen at random by the survey provider.
