A thank you to Norfolk PTS

1st October is the first day with ERS Medical for a number of our PTS staff.

Chief Executive Dr Anthony Marsh said: “I’d like to express my thanks to all those dedicated staff who have given their time and energy to our patient transport services, allowing us to provide a fantastic non-emergency service to patients in Norfolk. I will you all the best in your roles with ERS Medical.

“I am pleased we have been able to offer a vast majority of Norfolk PTS staff the opportunity to progress and stay with the Trust via our new healthcare referral tier (HCRT). This is very personal to me, as I started out working on the mid-Essex PTS contract. I have great regard for the work carried out by our PTS staff.”
