Abstraction Survey for EDI network members

The Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) team would like to request for all EDI network members to take a few minutes to complete the survey on Abstraction Guidance.

It has now been over a year since the guidance was first launched and a short survey has been developed to enable the EDI Team to understand and learn from the experience of network members on what worked and what did not work when they applied for abstraction.

Your answers in this survey are entirely confidential and participants cannot be identified to a single individual.
