Air ambulance cardiac arrest day open to colleagues

Anglia One helicopter in flight 1

A few weeks ago we shared the ‘save the date’ for the East Anglian Air Ambulance’s next clinical governance day (CGD).

The monthly event covers the latest case reviews, reflective learning and clinical updates on best practice, and the 2nd September session is themed around cardiac arrest. The EAAA team kindly extends its invitation to EEAST colleagues to promote joint working and shared learning, so why not pop along?

Opening at 11am at the EAAA base in Cambridge (CB5 8RX), the programme for the day is:

  • 11-11.30am: Bullying or banter? Tracy Nicholls, Clinical Quality Manager
  • 11.30am-12pm: Cardiac arrest tasking – Jo Bromley, CCP
  • 12-12.45pm: Out-of-hospital cardiac arrests – Dr Rob Davies, Consultant Cardiologist
  • 12.45-1pm: Presentation of research projects – EAAA medical students
  • 1-1.30pm: Lunch, kindly provided by Physio Control
  • 1.30-2pm: The LUCAS-3 – Jamie Robinson, Territory Manager for Physio Control
