Blue container mystery solved

Our Estates team has received several queries about mystery blue containers arriving on ambulance stations over the past few days. 

We would like to thank everyone for being so vigilant and reporting these to Estates, but we can confirm they are containers for us to recycle household batteries.

Please place them in a central location on site, perhaps in the garage or near the main bins, and use them to dispose of household batteries.  When they are full, kindly raise a MICAD request and Veolia will swap them over for a new container.

Apologies for any confusion which was caused by the arrival of these containers.
