Come and join Suzy’s charity fun run!

Health and Wellbeing Project Support Officer, Suzy Oakley has organised a charity run – with fun being the key word!

Taking place on Monday (29^th May) at 1.45pm, the 5K run will start at Sharnbook Playing Fields and all proceeds will go to both St. John’s Hospice and Sharnbrook Lower Primary School.

It’s the first run Suzy has organised and admits it’s been a lot of work!

She said: “I wanted there to be another community event in my village that people could get involved with. I am involved with the Lower School PTA as my children attend and we always need more funds. I also wanted to raise money for St. John's Hospice as I know several people who have received excellent care there, as have many people from the village.

“I have been really pleased by how many people have offered to help and there have been a good number of entrants”.
