This course is for EEAST line managers to develop the skills and confidence to have meaningful conversations with staff about wellbeing, and the knowledge to reduce the impact of work-related stress.
You will learn how to identify signs of stress; be equipped with strategies to support your staff, and gain an understanding of how to utilise tools such as wellbeing plans and personal action plans to create a culture of positive mental health for you and your staff.
