As we wait to hear when our next CQC inspection will take place, work continues across all areas of the Trust to improve and progress the actions that were set following our last CQC inspection.
The Year in Review has been created to highlight the progress and all of the hard work that has been carried out so far. It Illustrates the steps taken and improvements made under each of the five Key Lines of Enquiry that we are inspected on – Are we safe, effective, caring, responsive and well led.
As progress is made throughout the year, quarterly updates to the Year in Review will be posted on Need to Know to showcase the continued commitment and efforts being made by all to help move EEAST to a good / outstanding rating.
