Date set for Chelmsford EOC move to new CAD

Following the successful roll out of the new Cleric CAD to Bedford and Norwich EOCs, we’re due to complete the final roll-out to Chelmsford next week.

With the go-live planned for around 3am on 2^nd March, this will be the culmination of a lot of hard work to bring all three EOCs live on the new Cleric system. Detail about the Cleric CAD go live in Chelmsford can be found [insert link] and staff and managers are encouraged to read this document.

Having experienced roll-out across two EOCs already, it’s hoped that the Chelmsford go-live will be a smooth process for all teams involved.

Head of EOCs Gary Morgan said: “We’re looking forward to Chelmsford joining Bedford and Norwich on the new Cleric CAD, which is a much better system for our EOC teams to use. This is the final stage in this vital project, and the success we’ve had so far is purely down to the hard work of our colleagues.

“We’re now in a very good position for the Chelmsford go-live, and it’s hoped that there will be minimal disruption to colleagues and patients during the roll-out next week.”
