We will be undergoing a Datix System Upgrade on Tuesday the 5th April 2022 between 9am – 1 Pm. The Datix system will be unavailable for this period.
This upgrade will bring the current live system from 14.0.35.1 to 14.1.2
Staff will still be able to report incidents via Single Point Of Contact (SPOC) Tel No. 0345 602 6856 (Lines open 24/7)
The paper incidents will then be logged onto Datix once back up.
We would like to apologise for any inconvenience this causes.
