Delays with waste collection

As you will be aware, our General Waste and Recycling services have been taken over by a new provider. 

Unfortunately, during the handover of services, our previous contractor failed to make some of their final collections from sites.  This has resulted in a build-up of waste at certain stations, and for this we apologise.  Our new provider, Veolia, are supporting us with additional collections until we can resume a normal waste service.

Should you experience any build-up of domestic waste or missed collection from the outgoing provider please raise a MICAD request and we will arrange a collection immediately.
