Device monthly inspection (DMI) Friday

It is payday week – and that means it is device monthly inspection (DMI) Friday!  

Tomorrow (Friday 25th February), please spend a few minutes taking the following actions to ensure optimal performance of your iPad and its work and personal apps: 

  • Go to the hub app > tap support > tap sync device 
  • Find out which is the latest version of iOS allowed by IT admin on the Trust Service DeskePCR iPad Fault’ page by clicking HERE 
  • Check your iPad software settings to see what iOS is installed on your device. Learn how HERE 
  • Review which version of Siren app you are using. Learn how HERE. 

Once you have completed the DMI, take any required actions: 

  • Update iOS version using Wi-Fi. Learn how HERE 
  • Set up auto updates of Siren. Learn how HERE
