Our staff networks are safe spaces for your voices at an individual and collective level to be heard throughout the organisation. EEAST’s staff networks are pivotal at driving forward change and have been instrumental in some of the changes you have seen shape EEAST recently. We need you and your expertise to help support and shape our 6 staff networks and make EEAST a more inclusive, diverse place to work.

These are voluntary roles which will be undertaken alongside your current role. Protected time and TOIL will be available for network duties. In accordance with SLT's decision, each staff network is allocated 12 hours per month.
Abstraction from your current role will be agreed in line with service requirements as per the abstraction policy. These roles have been approved and continue to receive support from the Trust Executive Team.
