Emergency Service 5K Fun Run

Rescue Fit are holding a 5k fun run in Harlow in aid of Ukranian Relief.

Location - Harlow Town Park

Date - Saturday 23rd April at 11am

Walk, jog or run a 5km (3.1 mile) circuit around Harlow Town Park.

Entry fee (£10) and sponsorship will go towards the Ukranian Relief Fund.

There is no minimum sponsorship required and all proceeds will go to the charity.

Runners are inspired to take part in uniform and use emergency service kit during the event.

The event will be fully insured with marshals and water stations. Non-running volunteers are also required.
