The East of England Ambulance Service are excited to announce that they will be running further Quality Service and Redesign (QSIR) Practitioner courses during 2022 & 2023.

The QSIR program is aimed at providing you with the know-how to design and implement more efficient and productive services and processes. It covers tried and tested approaches, tools and techniques.

Programme Objectives:

If you are interested in attending any of these 5 day courses, please send an email expressing your interest and preferred dates to QI@eastamb.nhs.uk by the relevant closing dates. You will need your line manager’s authorisation to attend the course and unfortunately, we will not be able to facilitate abstraction or overtime.

Lunch will not be provided. However, tea, coffee and biscuits will be available throughout the day. Spaces are limited and will be allocated on a first come first serve basis. Just to emphasise, this course is suitable for people from all areas of the organisation NOT just clinical.
