Help us shape the future of our Trust

If you’re currently in a role that involves using data and information, then we need your help to shape the future direction of the Trust and its performance functions.

The role that data and information play is crucial to this, and we need volunteers whose role involves using data and producing and using reports, share their experiences and help us to map out how things could work going forward.

Pete Mercer, Deputy Head of Strategy and Transformation, said: ‘We’re really pleased that these sessions are up and running. It is so important that we use the personal experiences of our own staff to shape the work we will be doing in the future. Coming along to one of these events is a great way for colleagues to share their thoughts and talk us through what has worked, or not worked, for them.’

The first session took place this week and there are a further three sessions running over the coming weeks, but you will only be required to attend one. The sessions last for up to an hour and will be interactive, giving you the opportunity to share your thoughts with us. The sessions will be led by Emma De-Carteret, Director of Corporate Affairs and Performance.

The next dates are:

  • 07 March 2022 15:00-16:00
  • 17 March 2022 09:45-10:45
  • 23 March 2022 13:00-14:00

Emma De-Carteret recently talked about some of the topics we’ll be covering in the Fit for the Future podcast. You can listen here.

To participate in one of the sessions, please email your expression of interest to pmo@eastamb.nhs.uk and we will send you a hyperlink to join on the day.
