“I can’t fault you”: latest feedback from patients on your care

Respondents of the latest survey on our service were running out of superlatives for our guys and girls in green with comments such “wonderful”, “exemplary”, and “second to none” to name a few used.

Almost 90 people who used the service in August completed our survey, with 100% of respondents either satisfied or very satisfied with the overall service they received. A patient from east Norfolk said: “The service provided was professional, caring, and speedy.” Another patient, this time from Waveney said: “I can’t fault you, you’ve saved my life countless times. I wouldn’t be here today without you.”

The comments have been welcomed by Director of Service Delivery Kevin Brown, who said: “My thanks to all of you, who set such high standards. It is fantastic to see superb results in this latest patient survey; we strive to provide a constant level of excellent patient care with the highest degree of professionalism and it is clear to see that this is happening across the region.”

Figures revealed that more than 98% of people rated the handling of their call as either very acceptable, acceptable, or fairly acceptable. Top marks were also given from patients who said they were treated with dignity and respect, and that they could trust staff 100%.
