Increased Cyber Security Awareness

Due to the increased threat of Cyber Security, please be aware there will be more communication and guidance being sent out to staff over the next few weeks.

MetaCompliance will be utilised, and is a safe platform which has been procured by the Trust. A video was sent to all staff on the 3^rd March about this topic, please watch this. If you have not received this, please check your junk mail.

Remember:

• Be suspicious of emails that ask you to share or check your login/password with a link
• Do not click on links or attachments from people you do not know and were not expecting to receive, if unsure, please sent to Phishing@eastamb.nhs.uk who will look into this.
• Do not share your password with anyone, this includes log in credentials, Datix, CAD Online etc.
• If the content of the email tries to persuade you to do something that seems too good to be true, it probably is
• Check for spelling and grammatical errors in emails – these are often a tell-tale sign of spam
