Please note that Insight, our risk management software (often referred to as 4Risk), will be offline from 19:00 on Tuesday, 3rd May.
Our software providers will be undertaking a global update and whilst this should only take two hours, there is potential of the service being unavailable overnight if exceptional circumstances occur, however restoration will be made by Wednesday morning.
If managers have any urgent issues relating to the software please contact Matt Barrett, our Risk and Governance Manager, via email (Matthew.Barrett@eastamb.nhs.uk) who will liaise with colleagues directly.
We will update on Need to Know when Insight is back online.
