Issues with Datix - 22nd March 2022

Update - 

Datix is now available after earlier downtime but may still experience intermittent problems. Datix are monitoring the stability of the service.

If Datix is unavailable, staff will still be able to report incidents via the SPOC team: Single Point Of Contact (SPOC) Tel No. 0345 602 6856 (Lines open 24/7).

We would like to apologise for any inconvenience this causes.
