Kays Medical Email Error

We have been made aware that colleagues across the Trust have received emails from Kays Medical today, in relation to completing a medical assessment.

We can confirm that this has not been instructed by the Trust, please ignore the email. Kays is working to resolve the system error, which led to the emails being sent.
